MA Certified basic Pistol

This basic course meets the requirements needed to obtain your Massachusetts License to Carry. The course is an introduction to the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and safely using a firearm. Students will learn about both pistol and revolver parts and operations, ammunition, gun safety, and pistol shooting fundamentals. Each student will be required to participate in all classroom hands-on training as well as complete the live fire requirements to receive their certificate at the end of class.

Pistol Skill Development

This class is for new gun owners looking to get comfortable and familiar with their firearm. The Pistol 1 class is a perfect place to start building a solid shooting foundation along with skill set. This class provides ample hands-on training along with the basic knowledge to load, unload, safely handle and maintain semi-automatic pistols.

Conceal Carry

This is a 4-hour class where students will learn conflict avoidance, situational awareness, color codes, clearing malfunctions, and the fundamentals of shooting. The physiology of a violent encounter and the legal aspects of using deadly force will be discussed. Students will learn about different gear and gadgets, how to work from the holster, clear clothing garments, and perform reloads efficiently. All students will receive a certificate of completion if class is successfully completed.

Utah Non- Resident CCW

The Utah Non- Resident CCW permit is a great license to have in your wallet. The Utah concealed weapons permit allows you to carry in more than 35 different states. Traveling will become easy due to the fact that most states honor this permit.

This class is approved by the Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) of Utah. The class meets or exceeds the requirements for non-residence Concealed Firearms Permit.

FAQs

Does your class include live fire?
Yes. Our LTC classes all require live fire to successfully complete the course. We do not believe in students getting their LTC without shooting live in front of an instructor. The goal of the live fire is for all students to gain confidence in their ability to safely handle a firearm and implement all the skills learned during class.
Can you get a LTC in Boston?
Yes. There should be no issue’s getting a LTC in any town/city in MA if the process is done correctly.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
No. All supplies necessary to complete the course will be provided. We recommend bringing paper and a pen if you would like to take notes.
Do you help with the application?
Yes. If you need help feel free to reach out to us with any questions about the next steps in the LTC process.
Can I book private lessons after i finish my course?
Yes. Private classes can be scheduled at your convenience.
How much is the MA LTC Class?
$150.00 at the class site and $170.00 in the comfort of your own home.
How often do I have to renew my LTC?
Every six years.
How long is the class?
Class is 4 hours and is approved by the Massachusetts State Police.
Where are you located?
We do all classes in Bridgewater, MA (about 30 mins outside of Boston).
How old does my child have to be to take a class?
We recommend children to be at least 14 years old but it is at the Parent/Guardian discretion.
